Agreement

Opening wandrux.com means accepting these terms. If any of them do not suit you, stop using the site, which costs nothing because nothing here requires an account, a subscription, or a payment.

Wandrux is operated by Wandrux Publishing LLC, a Florida limited liability company at 2601 South Bayshore Drive, Miami, FL 33133, United States. Below, the company is referred to as the publisher and the reader as you.

Every page on this domain falls under these terms, including the features, the panels, and the two forms.

What you are looking at

Wandrux is an independent publication about city stays of two nights. It carries written features, photographs made on the same trips, and the practical records that came out of them.

There is nothing else to it. No account exists, nothing is downloadable, there is no membership, and there are no tiers. The reader note list is the only thing anyone can join, and joining takes an email address.

What the publisher never does

Read this section rather than skimming it, because these are the points readers most often assume the opposite of.

Nothing is sold. No shop exists, no basket, no checkout, no price appears anywhere, and no route exists by which the publisher could take money from you through this site.

Travel is neither booked nor reserved nor held nor put together here. The publisher does not trade as an agency, an operator, a reservation service, a price comparison engine, or anybody's representative.

No payment is taken, ever. It follows that no payment method is accepted, no card details are collected, and no billing terms exist. There is nothing to refund, nothing to cancel, and nothing to charge back. Any page elsewhere claiming to collect a payment on behalf of Wandrux is not connected to the publisher.

Nothing is shipped or delivered. No physical goods exist, so there are no delivery windows, delivery regions, delivery charges, or shipping conditions, and no returns procedure, because nothing can be bought and therefore nothing can come back. If a future version of this site ever sold anything, complete payment, cancellation, refund and delivery terms would be published before the first item went up.

There is no tie of any sort to a carrier, a hotel, a resort, a vehicle hire firm, a tour business or a reservation service, and not a line on this site is published to serve one.

Editorial material and its limits

Each feature records what one writer saw across two particular days in one city, put together in good faith and with reasonable care. Nobody should mistake that for a professional engagement, a survey, an accreditation, or an assurance of anything.

Cities change quickly. Streets close, markets move, opening hours shift with the season, and a route that was a pleasure in April can be a building site in September. Anything accurate at publication may be wrong when you read it, which is why each feature carries its date and why corrections appear at the top of the piece rather than being quietly folded in.

Choices about where to go and what to do there are yours, made with your own judgement and with current local information. Nothing here removes that.

All text, photographs, layout, design and code on this site belong to Wandrux Publishing LLC and are protected by copyright. None of it is public domain and none of it carries an open licence.

No permission is needed to read these pages, to print one for your own use, or to lift a short passage for comment or reference so long as the credit is visible and a link points back. Short means a sentence, possibly two.

Not permitted: republishing a feature whole or in substantial part, copying photographs to another site, service or social account even with a credit, using anything from this site to train a machine learning model or assemble a dataset, selling or licensing any of it, passing it off as your own, or scraping the site systematically.

Copyright complaints

A notice should identify the work said to be infringed, identify the material on this site and the page carrying it, give your contact details, state that you believe in good faith the use is unauthorised, and state that the information given is accurate. Valid notices are acted on promptly.

Acceptable use

Use the site to read. Do not try to reach parts of it you were not given, or the systems behind it. Do not scan or test its security. Do not introduce hostile code. Do not degrade it for other people.

Do not harvest content in bulk with automated tools and do not place unreasonable load on the host. Neither form is a channel for cold sales mail, reciprocal link offers, article pitches, or abuse, and writing in under somebody else's name is not acceptable either.

Access can be blocked where any of that happens, without notice.

This site carries no outbound links to other websites. Links move between pages of this publication, and the only external request made is the one that carries a form you chose to submit.

If an external link ever appeared here it would not imply endorsement, and the publisher would have no control over the destination, its content, its privacy practices, or whether it stayed available.

Warranties

The site and its contents are provided as they are and as available, carrying no warranty of any sort, whether stated outright or implied by law, and specifically none as to fitness for a particular purpose, satisfactory quality, factual accuracy, or freedom from infringement.

The publisher does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of error, that anything on it is complete or current, or that any fault will be fixed. Where a jurisdiction does not permit certain exclusions, those exclusions apply only as far as its law allows.

Liability

So far as the law permits, Wandrux Publishing LLC and anyone connected with it are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, nor for lost profit, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from use of this site or reliance on anything published here.

For any liability the law refuses to let a publisher exclude, the aggregate amount recoverable in connection with this website is limited to one hundred United States dollars. Nothing here has ever been bought, so treat that number as an upper bound rather than as money coming back.

Fraud and fraudulent misrepresentation sit outside every limit above, as does anything else the law forbids limiting.

Indemnity

Where a breach of these terms by you, or a misuse of material taken from this site, exposes Wandrux Publishing LLC to a claim, a loss, or legal costs that were reasonably incurred, you agree to make the company whole. Republishing writing or photographs without permission is the obvious example.

Law and forum

These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from the site, are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict of law rules.

Disputes are to be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts sitting in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and both sides consent to that jurisdiction. A consumer resident elsewhere keeps the protection of any mandatory provisions of their own local law.

Revisions

Revisions happen, and each one moves the date printed at the head of this page. Anyone still reading the site past that date is working under whichever version is current.

Material revisions stay flagged here for at least ninety days. Disagreeing with a revision means stopping use of the site.

Severability and whole agreement

If a provision is found unenforceable it is narrowed or removed only as far as necessary, and everything else remains in force.

This page sits alongside the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the Disclaimer, and the four of them together are the complete understanding between a reader and Wandrux Publishing LLC in respect of wandrux.com.
